The brief

Oreka ("balance" in Basque) is a fictional physiotherapy clinic. Most patients arrive in pain and in a hurry. The site had to reassure them, explain treatments without jargon, and let them book a first session without a phone call.

Approach

  1. 01

    Chose a sage and pine palette with generous white space, so the page lowers the pulse instead of raising it.

  2. 02

    Wrote every treatment around the problem it solves ("my back hurts when I sit") rather than its clinical name.

  3. 03

    Designed a three-step booking flow: treatment, time, details, with the choice kept if you go back.

  4. 04

    Introduced the physiotherapists by name and specialty to build trust before the first visit.

A clinic site that answers "can they help me?" in seconds and books a first session in under a minute. Concept project: not a real clinic.
